Hi Team,
Credit card Number: 6529221007110662. I have blocked the Credit card but Bank is still generating the bill and asking me to pay the bill. Enquiry: Those are annual charges. My concern is at the time of blocking the credit card. Bank needs to tell the customer the outstanding amount details and annual charges pending etc.. and needs to give the call or send the message to customer with the details and interest of continuing the card and account.
