Subject: Complaint Regarding Non-Reflection of Credit Card Payment and Force Deduction


Dear Sir/Madam,


I, Gaurav Singh Sengar, holding the credit card with the number ending in XXXX (Last 4 digits-3343), wish to file a formal complaint regarding the issue I have encountered with my credit card payment.


On 15 February 2025, I made the payment towards my credit card, as per the due date and the stated amount on the credit card statement dated 15 February 2025. However, despite making the payment, the amount has not reflected on my credit card statement. Furthermore, I noticed that a force deduction has been applied, and my savings account balance has been left at zero due to automatic adjustment, which I did not authorize.


This situation has created significant financial distress and inconvenience, as I am unable to access my savings, and I have already made the payment as per the terms mentioned on the credit card statement. I have tried to resolve this issue by contacting the customer support department, but I have yet to receive any satisfactory resolution or response.


The details of my complaint are as follows:

  • Amount Paid: 76517.11
  • Statement Date: 15 February 2025

Nature of the Complaint:


  1. Non-reflection of the payment made on the credit card.
  2. Unauthorized force deduction from my savings account, leaving the balance at zero.

I kindly request to take appropriate action to investigate this matter, ensure the payment is properly reflected on my credit card, and halt any further deductions from my savings account. Additionally, I request compensation for the inconvenience caused and for any financial loss that has resulted from this issue.
