Dear Sir/Mam
On 8/3/25 someone used my credit card of Indusind bank by hacking my phone and used 30000 rupees I contacted bank immediately by customer care but they didn't receive my call Then I complaint by email But they didn't take action and after 14 days They reply to me that they have no responsibility of bank and you have to bear all losses I contacted to Cyber cell on 9/3/25 and give complaint to them but they told Investigation is under process till date I contacted to National consumer helpline on 16/4/25 They reply on 28/4/25 that bank has closed your case And you find attachment by bank if you not satisfied with bank reply you could further complaint to commission.Bank reply on behalf of consumer helpline in attachment And bank give wrong answer He skip many information and told to bear all losses by me My credit card used for shopping on Flipkart And there is much time to deliver orders on that site If bank take action immediately There is no such incidents would happen They didn't take any action And customer care no given to credit card 18602677777 is not working from that date to till The. Who is responsible for that kindly take action immediately so that my cibil score not disturbed.
