My self mathre Anil Kumar i have paid credit card bill payments through cred application on 15 feb I have done 3 payments which is 41000Rs date 15 feb 2025(3:32pm)
Feb 15 2025 10Rs(5:53pm)
Feb 15 2025 11115 Rs(6:05 pm)
But payments are updated on 16 feb because of they deley in payment posting I have got charged finance charges from my bank rupees 9644.
Actually my bill amount was 182124 Rs
Due on 12 feb I have paid some partial amount on 10 feb and some balance amount on 15 feb as per RBI guidelines there is a 3 days Grace period. On the last day of my grace period I have paid my bill but they have posted on 16 feb because of there negligence I got charged 9644 rupees from my bank. There is no customer support number to contact them they are not replying email also I have contacted through email on 16 feb through instagram
They are contacted on 17 feb and said me that don't worry we have (CRED GARANTEE) after genarateing statement you can claim through cred app but after getting bill they are saying that you are not eligible for Claiming charges "because you have not paid bill on before due date your are not eligible for refund of charges" then I have said them that there are 3 days Grace period from bank . Then they said send conformation from bank that bank will provide grace period I have shared the RBI guidelines notice and kotak terms and conditions which there is clear mentioned about grace period but they are not ready to accept it saying we can't provide refund i have asked they nodal officer mail id or send company address they are not interested to share that also. First thing they don't have customer support number and proper mail id to give complaint when I have done mail get contact with app but in app when I select the issue they is no solution and not raising any complaint also.
I have previously also paid bill many time after due date bank never charged any charges because there is a Grace period but cred application was posted the payment on another day after sending legal notice also they have not given proper response I have remained them almost 5 times after sending legal notice from them no response
