Courier partner Delhivery unable to provide my parsal even after months of asking for it

My name is Ritesh Kumar Singh and my tracking id is 272407025 and booking date18/12/2024,the delhivery person who booked my courier in delhi his name is vimlesh singh and his contact number is 9319767477 and the varanasi superviser name is upender-6306726732.Even after a month or so I still has not received my courier. Due to with my business is being affected and facing lots of loss . I have talked to there supervisers in varanasi and they say that it will be given to your address in a short amount of time but that time hasn't came for a month now, they delhivery people doesn't have any answer for it
total value of goods is 35000 and courier charge is3500 and suffer total loss till date 50000plus.
So I request the court to deal with them about my courier and help me receive it.
