My dad couriered me a parcel of 22 kgs from Ahmedabad to London via CHIPS express pvt. ltd. on 27.12.2024. The delivery was expected around 07.01.2025. However, I still not have received my parcel. On 06.01.2025 I got a notification on 06.01.2025 that the parcel has been delivered but when I checked it was delivered to the wrong address which does not exist - 86 Bridge Lane, London, NE11 0EL. When I told them about the blunder they said they will raise a compliant with their team. When I asked by when can I expect a response they said they don't know. Last week on Friday(10.01.2025) they said the parcel will be collected on Monday (12.01.2025). I asked Juned Chhipa (Courirer company guy - +91 8511002568) for the collection number but they did not picked up any of my calls. I was chasing them for an update the whole day but they were just non responsive totally and giving false deadlines. My dad tried to reach Tushar Patel (owner of the courier company - +91 9898013290) but there has been no progress.

The blunder has been done by the courier company even after providing the correct address (86 Bridge Lane, London, NW11 0EL) and now I am struggling to get hold of them.

I have been chasing for an update from them for last 2 weeks now and they have just been totally non responsive. I have attached all the screenshots of the incorrect delivery and the amounts of calls I have been making to get hold of them.

Thank you for reaching out. We suggest sending a legal notice to the Chips Express Pvt. Ltd before filing a case in the Consumer Forum. A legal notice serves as formal communication, giving the company an opportunity to address your grievance and resolve the issue.

If the company fails to respond or provide a satisfactory resolution within the stipulated time, you will have a stronger position to file your case in the Consumer Forum.
