I am writing to express my concern regarding a shipment sent under AWB number 7D115480052 from DTDC in Udupi, dispatched on 12th August from Udupi to Mumbai. The consignment included three boxes, of which only two have been delivered. The third box remains missing.
I have already raised a complaint with both the local DTDC agent and your customer service team. Unfortunately, the local agent has not responded to my calls, and customer service has only informed me that the issue is "under investigation" without providing any concrete updates. It has now been nearly a month with no resolution.
This delay has caused significant inconvenience, as I was supposed to carry these items abroad. The box contains perishable food items, which by now are likely spoiled and unfit for consumption.
I kindly request an immediate and clear update on the status of the missing box, along with appropriate compensation for the loss and inconvenience caused.
