I wanter to return a product purchased from AJIO whose last date was 7th Feb 2026 but couldn't do the same due to the glitch in the app as the same turned off as soon as i clicjed the return button. Even after repeated tries the return couldn't be completed. On 8th i registered a complaint on the app COM00101653409 which stated that the same will be resolved by 12th. Even while checking the satus of the complaint the app turned of every time. Now when i contacted customer care they say they can do nothing about it. Why the consumer have to bear the heafty price for the glitch in their app.what would i do with the product when it is no use to me.please help me with this issue
