Very pathetic Service from JIO AIR FIBER
Request you all not to give any chance to JIO,
They are trapping all customer on 2 month free trial
It's not free, you have to pay Rs 600 advance which is not refundable.
And after installation your Internet will work only 1st day then they will stop the service and you will be tired complaining about the internet issue.
I took connection on 11th Dec 2025,
On very next day 12th Dec internet stopped working since morning and since then Engineer Named Mukesh Shukla visited the my house stated ki Sir, Device khrab ho gya change karunga or abhi tak 4 din se customer care stating ki koi aayega koi aayega apka sabra toot jayega
Or Jio apke paise leke baith jayega
Aap kuch nahi ukhaad sakte.
Wait karo warna paise to wapas nahi karenge apke.
