Subject: Complaint against DAR TVS for misbehavior, false assurance, and poor service after
withdrawal of complaint.
Facts of the Case:
1. I, Shahid Hussain Malik, availed service through DAR TVS Laroo, located opposite CRPF Army
Camp. 2. I had earlier filed a service complaint with TVS Motors (Case No. 140674) regarding poor
service. 3. The dealer requested me to withdraw the complaint, promising to resolve the issue
quickly. 4. After withdrawing it, they misbehaved with me and did not fix my problem. The issue has
now increased further. 5. Their behavior caused me mental stress, harassment, and financial loss.
6. Despite informing TVS Motors again, no effective action was taken.
Grounds for Complaint:
- Unfair trade practice and poor customer service. - False assurance to withdraw the complaint. -
Misbehavior and lack of professionalism. - Violation of consumer rights under the Consumer
Protection Act, 2019.
Relief Sought:
1. Direct the opposite party to resolve the service issue immediately. 2. Order compensation for
mental harassment and inconvenience. 3. Direct the opposite party to apologize in writing for
misbehavior. 4. Impose penalty or disciplinary action against the dealer for misconduct. 5. Grant
any other relief the Hon’ble Commission deems fit.
