Respected Sir/Madam,

I, Mir Mohsin Ali, respectfully submit this complaint against Spinny Car Hub, Kukatpally (Forum Sujana Mall), Hyderabad, regarding a serious irregularity and negligenceduring the RC transfer process of my vehicle.

• Engine Number: ZFP4B90401
• Date of Registration: 13/06/2023
• RTO: Unit Office Kukatpally, Telangana

Details of the Complaint:​

After purchasing the above vehicle from Spinny, the RC transfer was handled by their agent Mr. Mohammed Mehraj. While my name and vehicle particulars were updated correctly, the photograph and signature on the RC belong to a different individual.

This was done without my consent, presence, or authorization, which constitutes:

• Gross negligence
• Deficiency in service
• Unauthorized use of personal identity
• Potential legal and compliance risk to me as the registered owner

I am currently working in Dubai and was in India only for a short holiday. I am scheduled to return to Dubai on 25 January 2026, making this issue extremely urgent.

Such an act raises serious concerns about:

• Verification procedures followed by Spinny
• Misuse of identity documents
• Accountability of agents handling RC transfers

Relief Sought:​

1. Direction to Spinny to immediately correct the RCwith my genuine photograph and signature
2. Written explanation and accountability from Spinny regarding this lapse
3. Compensation for mental stress, time loss, and legal risk
4. Assurance that such malpractice does not recur

I am enclosing a copy of the RC for reference.

I respectfully request the Honorable Commission to take urgent cognizance of this matter and issue necessary directions.
