Please find the attached relevant documents towards the transportation of my car - GJ06LS7210 from Jaipur to Goa.
Car received in a very bad condition - totally mud covered and damaged - bonnet from the middle / Antena was broken / petrol was utilised of around Rs.5000/-
Seat covers torn and front area inside of the car also damaged
The car was driven by some rowady driver from HUBLI to GOA ( this was totally uninformed ). No information was shared before handing over the car to a third party as he was not a staff of Agarwal group but some road side driver. Total exposure to the vehicle.
The best part is your representative at Hubli keeps on stating in a very casual manner that all this fine and there is no need to get worried.
What kind of services you provide - Rs. 25000/- was the amount paid by me and all this is what we get.
