Hello team,

my consignment was booked on 3rd January from Delh to Pune and was supposed to deliver on 7th Jan, 2025. It has been more than 1 month my. consignment is not delivered yet and in tracking they have updated wrong information that consignment was delivered. I had to call them multiple times and opened multiple tickets. Thier on call team kept misguided me. My consignment is still not delivered yet. They sent a photo over mail with no signature of receiver and stated that consignment is delivered. I lost lakhs of rupee business because of this.

I want to charge them 10 Lakhs of rupees fine, and termination of the employees who misguided and provided wrong information.
