Dear sir
i purchased one Samsung galaxy mobile in a shop in Cholamandalam finance in last last i failed to pay one instalment on time at that time recovery agent threaten me and harassed me used bad language and all last i made payment and last i cleared all Emi also at the same time my mobile is using my friend and he returned me he forgot the mobile lock i gone to Samsung service center to unlock mobile but they told this mobile was locked by finance after that gone to finance and asked to noc and submitted to service center they told no mobile is still under finance lock agene gone to finance and said the story what service center told he asked me go to service center and call back to finance aging same gone to service center and asked to call finance service center people called and a team of finance service center and Samsung company talk together and told to wait for few days and last i got answer from service center we need to replace mother board i need to pay 8000 + gst
finance wash their hands, and first service center people told mobile was Ime locked by finance and mobile not connecting to our systems and now saying motherboard problem as per my knowledge their is a small auto general repair but that option not showing this device in same model another mobile its allowing to repair in this device its not allowing that is software developer problem why i should pay sir please give me justice
