I purchased SS 4 burner GLEN gas stove in the month of Feb-25 from M/S Anatha Corporation Crosscut Road , Coimbatore.
After installation of the stove in my house noticed the stand over the burner is not seating property. So during cooking twice the vessel fell down from the stove.
Compliant done at the dealer, service technician visited and could not rectify the defect. So he informed to get the new stand from the service center. But even after placing the new stand the problem persists.
we spoken to the GLEN service center along with Dealer to exchange the product. But they refused to exchange, given in email writing we have to adjust and make use of the defective product.
I am requesting Coimbatore based lawyer to suit the case against them.
