The complaint on regarding failed ATM transaction of Rs.9000 on 31-03-2025. The issuing bank (South Indian bank) replay that complainant attempted to withdraw Rs.9000/-from the ATM of State Bank of India on 31-03-2025 and the amount was debited from account. But i have not received the amount. The complaint was registered with the issuing bank on 15-04-2025 at branch and bank has chargeback was rejected on 19-04-2025. The pre Arbitration claim was rejected on 02-05-2025 and the arbitration claim was also rejected on 02-06-2025,the bank stated. it is the observed from the EJ log shared by the acquiring bank(SBI) that the cash was dispensed for the disputed transaction and the same was collected by the complainant. SBI also stated that the branch did not report any excess cash. SBI submitted that the CCTV Footage had been checked by the branch at the time of chargeback and it was found to be successful.
