Sir/Madam,
I, undersigned, Deepak Kumar , purchased DYSON WASH G1 WET CLEANER from CROMA ZUNDAL A328 ZUNDAL GUJARAT-382424 ON 10/10/2025. while purchasing machine from Croma, Dyson representative Ms. Kajal told us to replace the machine or give refund within 90 days of time. since machine is not working properly since inception and DYSON approved replacement vide request id 42024466 on 18-12-2025. I am highly obliged but since i have purchased product from CROMA ZUNDAL , it is my humble request to kindly approve their request as already sent by CROMA ZUNDAL, give them approval for replacement and sent this machine to CROMA ZUNDAL address instead of my residential address.
It is my humble request with folded hands to kindly change the replacement address and give response to Croma, Zundal in this regard so as if in future i need any kind of product help, i can chase CROMA person rather myself taking an action directly with the Dyson which is not for me in future as several calls, number of calls have been made to Dyson and lots of text communication have been made through whatsapp which is not possible again if replacement product again malfunctioning. I am not a servant of Croma or Dyson. I am a customer who has purchased product of Dyson from Croma. Hence, product must be replaced or exchanged through the original source of purchase.
Kindly accept my request and order Dyson to give approval of exchange to CROMA Zundal.
