This complaint is in regards to the Union bank opposing to the unauthorized emandate purchase which got activated on my account without my knowledge. This unauthorized service has been charging my account an amount of Rs. 149.00 on every 1 month and this has been going on since April 24th, 2025.
After making multiple failed attempts and contacts with the Union bank since its all falling on deaf ears, I am here pleading at your forum to get this ongoing issue sorted.
