I was delivered a defective product when the purchase was made. I have logged a complaint on Feb 3rd 2026, for replacement and they have not been able to replace the product and are giving me different versions of stories every time I call them for the replacement. At this time, I do not know how to deal with them, and I'm not getting any straight replies. I want to return the product and demand a refund for the entire amount paid.
