Dear Consumer Forum,

I am writing to formally raise a complaint regarding an ongoing issue with my Airtel Dish TV service (ID: 3046254135). Despite multiple attempts to resolve the problem through Airtel's customer care and service centers, the issue remains unresolved.

I have already raised complaint with consumer forum with Grievance Number: 6437450.

Below are the detailed updates for your review and action.

1. On October 15, 2024, we noticed an issue with our Airtel Dish TV and initially thought it was due to weather conditions.
2. On October 19, we logged Case ID 136402366 with a detailed explanation. The customer care executive promised to send a service engineer with a set-top box for device swapping.
3. The service engineer visited on October 21 without a set-top box, claiming the service center manager instructed him to attend the call without swapping the device. Consequently, the issue remained unresolved, and the case ID was incorrectly marked as resolved.
4. After contacting Airtel customer care again, they raised a new service ID (136493708) for the same issue, causing a four-day delay.
5. We tried to reach out to the service engineer, Mr. Tambe, on October 24, but he advised us to contact Airtel customer care as he had no updates.
6. On October 25, I personally contacted the regional service center in Kankavali, Sindhudurga (Mob: 9665220606). A lady informed us that they had no spare device, leaving the issue unresolved.
7. On October 26, we received a call from a service center 100 kilometers away, asking us to pick up the device due to a conflict between the service center, Airtel customer care, and the service engineer regarding service charges.
8. Since the issue began, everyone has claimed that the device is unavailable, leaving the problem unresolved. They have made false promises, stating it would be resolved the next day. As of the evening of October 28, the issue remains unresolved.
9. I escalated the issue to Airtel customer care (121) and Airtel Nodal officers via email, but it still remains unresolved.
10. I have repeatedly requested a callback, but the team has consistently failed to do so.
11. On 29thoct, we received a call from the Kankavli Service Center (number: 8047399755), asking my parents to share a snapshot of the set-top box via WhatsApp. However, this number is not available on WhatsApp.
12. Despite making repeated calls, they remain unanswered. The response from the service center representative has been very poor, and action needs to be taken to resolve this issue.
13. As of 30th Oct 2024, 10:00 hrs issue remains unresolved.
14. Today received email from Airtel nodal officers team member (Shweta Kumari) stating issue attended and resolved, however no one attended call, and issue is still unresolved state.

Given the above, I request your intervention to resolve this matter promptly. The continuous delays and lack of proper communication have caused significant inconvenience.
