Dear Sir / Madam,
I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the treatment process I have experienced with Toothsi. I have been repeatedly contacted by your agents, and despite expressing initial doubts about online treatment methods, I was enrolled in the treatment. I was asked to pay INR 12,000 to begin the procedure, which I did.
After the payment, I was scheduled for an appointment at Nivya Dental Clinic in Trichy, where I spent an additional INR 3,500 for procedures and a 3D scan. Following this, there was a long period of silence, during which I repeatedly inquired about the status of my treatment, but I did not receive any updates. Eventually, I was told I needed to take an IPG scan, but the prescription was not provided. After several more messages and calls, I finally received an online prescription.
I then completed the scan and uploaded the results, but once again, I received no timely response. When I followed up, I was told I needed to undergo another check-up, but still, no prescription was provided. I have been waiting for the prescription for this additional test, but to this day, it has not been shared with me.
Three days ago, I messaged again and was told I would receive a call on Sunday morning, but no one contacted me. I followed up on Monday, only to be informed that my previous message had not been seen for an entire day. Out of frustration, I requested a refund, and only then did I receive an immediate response.
At this point, I am uncertain whether this entire process is legitimate or if I am being misled. I feel that my time, money, and trust have been misused, and I would appreciate immediate clarification.
I request that you look into this matter and take the necessary action. I expect a prompt resolution, which should include either a continuation of the treatment process with proper communication or a full refund of the amounts I have paid.
