I am writing to formally lodge a complaint against BLS International Services Qatar regarding their refusal to refund my appointment fee.

Details of the Incident:

Appointment Booking: On April 3, 2025, at approximately 3:05 PM, I booked an appointment with BLS International Services Qatar and paid a fee of 370 QAR.

Cancellation: Realizing shortly after booking that my QID did not meet the validity requirement (valid for more than 3 months), I canceled the appointment within an hour of booking on the same day.

Refund Request: I promptly requested a refund, but BLS International Services Qatar declined, citing an internal non-refund policy. However, this policy was not communicated during the booking process, nor is it mentioned on their official website.

Concerns:

Lack of Transparency: The absence of a clearly stated refund policy on their website or during the booking process is misleading to customers.

Unfair Financial Practices: Refusing refunds for cancellations made within a short timeframe, especially when the service was not utilized, is unjust and may violate consumer protection laws in Qatar.

Requested Action:

I urge the relevant authorities to investigate this matter and take appropriate action against BLS International Services Qatar for their non-transparent and potentially unlawful practices. I also request guidance on how to proceed with obtaining my rightful refund.
