I am filing a formal complaint against AGP City Gas Private Ltd, for the unjust and sudden disconnection of my domestic gas connection, without any notice or explanation.

Agency Name & Location: AGP City Gas Private Ltd, Trivandrum
Date of Disconnection: Unknown (happened during my absence from station)
This disconnection has caused significant hardship for my family, violating the basic right to essential service. Despite my absence, no prior notice or communication was provided, and this has seriously affected our ability to manage basic household needs.
I request the Hon’ble Board to take immediate action against the agency, restore the gas connection, and hold the distributor accountable for negligence and the inconvenience caused to the consumer.
