Dear Bodycraft Clinic Team,


I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the services provided by your clinic in Hyderabad. I paid a substantial amount of Rs. 1,00,000 (one lakh rupees) as a single payment for a weight loss package, believing I would receive immediate and effective treatment, especially given my tight schedule and impending travel plans out of the country within a month.


Despite making the payment and being promised prompt initiation of the treatment, I have yet to see any progress or receive the services from your team. I have repeatedly contacted your clinic, but I am always told that I will be contacted by the manager, which has not happened to date. This has caused me significant inconvenience and disappointment, as I feel I was misled by the advertising tactics and assurances provided at the time of payment.

  • Amount Paid: Rs. 99,999.94 (as per official receipt)
  • Service Booked: Weight Loss (10 KG) and cellulite reduction treatments
  • Clinic Address: Marvel Infra, HNo-3-72/4, 2nd floor, Opp. DPS School Madhura Nagar Colony, Gachibowli, Khajaguda, Hyderabad

I request an immediate response regarding the initiation of my treatment or a full refund of the amount paid, as I have not received the promised services despite the payment.


Please treat this matter urgently, as my travel schedule leaves me with very little time left, and I am extremely disappointed with the experience so far.
