Subject- Complaint Regarding Unavailability Of Power Button and Unresponsive Customer Support

Respected Sir/Madam,

I am writing to lodge a formal complaint against Ola Electric (Ola Electric Mobility Pvt. Ltd.) for Very Poor and Unresponsive Behaviour Of Service Being Provided, Its Been More then One Month Since(28th July 2025) the Power Button Failure Of My Ola Scooter,Despite Making So Many Calls and Sending Emails To Customer Support, there is No Reponse Regarding The Same From The Company Nor The Service Center, On Customer Care Support They Are Not Willing To Give Any Timeline About the Availablity Of Power Button And Even Service Center Person Does Not Have Any Information Regarding The Same, My Ola Scooter is Just Lying in the Company Standstill With No Proper Care Like a Abounded Dead Vehicle Kept Forcefully.I am Totally Mentally Disturb For Such a Pathetic Service Being Provided as Promise Against The Smooth Process at the Time Of Purchase.

Relief Sought
1.Refund the full purchase amount of Rs-145300 (Since I Can No Longer Bear Such a Poor Service For Such A Small Issue).
2.Compensate Me for Mental Agony and Inconvenience Amounting to 100000.
