Consumer Complaint under Section 35 of the Consumer Protection Act, 2019

Complaint Matter
I am the complainant and a consumer of Yes Bank Ltd. I have availed a Personal Loan bearing Account No. PLN002301342480 from the opposite party.
I have been paying my loan EMIs regularly and on time. There is no default from my side.
Despite this, Yes Bank has wrongly levied unauthorised charges, shown incorrect overdue amounts, and created EMI-related issues in my loan account.
Due to these errors, my loan account is showing false overdues and my CIBIL/credit score has been adversely affected, causing me financial loss and mental harassment.
I submitted a written complaint and reminder email to Yes Bank regarding these issues, but no response or resolution has been provided till date.
The actions and inaction of Yes Bank amount to deficiency in service and unfair trade practice under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.
The cause of action arose when the incorrect overdues were reflected and continues till date. This Hon’ble Commission has jurisdiction to hear this complaint.
Relief Sought
I respectfully request this Hon’ble Commission to direct Yes Bank to:
a) Reverse all unauthorised and unjustified charges in my loan account.
b) Correct the overdue status immediately and rectify my CIBIL/credit record.
c) Pay suitable compensation for mental harassment and financial loss.
