I am writing to formally lodge a complaint regarding the poor quality of the cooktop purchased on 31/03/2023 from your authorized dealer. This complaint has already been registered under Complaint No. IB075758.
Within a short period of use, the burner has been damaged, which is highly disappointing considering the brand reputation and expected durability of your products. A cooktop is an essential kitchen appliance, and such premature damage clearly reflects substandard quality.
Further, I regret to inform you that the burner spare part is not available in the local market, and even your authorized service center has informed me that it will take 10–15 days after placing an order to supply the replacement. This unnecessary delay is causing serious inconvenience to my household.
