Dear Customer Service,
I am writing to formally express my concern regarding an issue I encountered with a recent purchase made on 31.10.2024 . I was charged an amount that exceeds the Maximum Retail Price (MRP) displayed on the product is 85 for kaleva khata meetha & aloo bhujia.
The product in question is haldiram khatam meetha aloo bhoojiya 400g is rs 99 and your product i got 85g rs 84 why and its MRP is clearly stated as rs 85. However, I was charged Rs 85 its so high, which is significantly higher than other brand MRP.
I believe this pricing discrepancy is not only unfair but also against consumer protection laws that regulate pricing practices. I have attached a copy of my receipt and a screenshot of the product listing for your reference.
I kindly request a refund of the excess amount charged, as well as clarification on how such an error occurred. I appreciate your prompt attention to this matter and hope for a satisfactory resolution. Please look at this matter do needful.
