I had purchased refrigerator of Whirlpool Company which is getting frequent breakdown and many follow up after sale service is not satisfactory. The sequence of events are as below:-
- In year 2022, I have purchased Whirlpool 440L Inverter 3 Star Double Door Convertible Refrigerator (Alpha Steel,IFINVCNV 455) 1.IMEI/Serial Num 2129501212718176.
- First repair- sensor has failed which was repaired after long follow-up
- Second repair- The fan at the top area got failed. Which required couple of month follow-up and also after to Company it was repaired.
- Third repair- Present issue was lower compartment was not getting cooled. Technician reported that the fan is not working and need to replace again. After one week he replaced the fan then also the same problem persist. Then he told it might be PCV issue and again he visited along with PCV and another fan. The fan was replaced again with a charge of 3030/- paid by self and for two days the same issue arises. Now again the technician visited and reported there may be issue of thermal heated. The cost estimate not know by the service centre and the time of replacement is also not informed by customer care and service center.
- I’ve wrote to Customer care and CEO also but not found satisfactory response.
