I would like to highlight the extremely disappointing experience I had with my RedBus booking #TV4790720228 with Fauji Travelers.
I specifically paid around ₹2000 for a recliner seat for an overnight journey expecting comfort. However, after boarding the bus, I discovered that the seat does not recline at all. This was neither mentioned during booking nor indicated anywhere on the RedBus platform.
The main reason for paying such a high amount was comfort during an overnight trip, but that comfort was completely missing.
I raised a complaint through the RedBus application, hoping the issue would be addressed. Unfortunately, the response from customer care was extremely disappointing. The representative informed me that no one from the concerned department was answering their calls, and instead of resolving the issue, the complaint was simply marked as “resolved” without any actual solution or explanation.
This experience has left me feeling ignored and extremely dissatisfied as a customer. It is unfair for passengers to pay for a service that is not provided and then have their complaints closed without resolution.
