To Whom It May Concern,


I am writing to formally complain about a recent delivery order, #66242/25/17972, placed on 31 August, 2025. The quality of the pizzas I received was extremely poor, and they were in an inedible condition.

Upon opening the boxes, we found that the toppings, cheese, and sauce had entirely detached from the crust and were stuck to the inside of the box lids. The pizzas were essentially just plain crusts, making them impossible to eat. This is a significant quality control issue that falls far below the standard I expect from Domino's.

I have attached photographic and video evidence that clearly documents the state of the pizzas upon arrival.

Given that the food was completely inedible, I am requesting a full refund for this order. I trust that you will review the provided evidence and take the necessary steps to address this matter.
I look forward to a prompt response and a swift resolution.
