I placed an order for a lehanga on 4 December 2025 from Deepra Store and paid ₹4,500 in full. As of 14 February 2026, the product has still not been delivered and the seller has stopped responding to my messages and calls. Around one month ago, I even sent a friend to their physical store, after which they replied only on that day and again stopped all communication. Due to the excessive delay and lack of response, I believe I have been cheated. I request the Commission to kindly intervene, direct the seller to refund the full amount of ₹4,500, and take appropriate action for unfair trade practice. I am prepared to provide payment proof, screenshots, and all related details as evidence.
