I am writing to file a complaint regarding a dispute with Sharma Real Estate concerning a booking made for property DOVEDECK N 603. The details of the transaction are as follows,
Booking Done By:Jackson Kinsi and Dixon Ngosa
Amount Paid: ₹45,000 as an advance payment for the booking of a 3 BHK unit.
Brokerage Fee: ₹15,000 paid to Sharma Real Estate.
Total Advance/Deposit ₹30,000
Upon payment Mr sharma agreed to paint and clear all the unfinished parts of the house before we vacate, He failed to do so on given period. So we agreed upon refund of full amount. On 20th of October, he refunds Rs. 15,000 and promising to pay the rest on 25th of October, but till now we received nothing. He frauded us as a matter of fact we’re foreigner life becomes hard without money.
I request the Consumer Court to look into this matter and assist in resolving the issue of returning of money. I have kept the receipt safely as valid proof of payment subject to final agreement.
