I am a final year law student at Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University, Delhi. I am writing to formally lodge a complaint regarding the refusal of my paying guest (PG) owner to refund my security deposit. The PG accommodation is located in Bishanpura, Sector 58, Noida, and I vacated the premises on 22nd December 2025.

At the time of moving in, I had paid a security deposit of 3000, which was agreed to be refunded at the end of my stay, provided there were no damages or dues. I ensured all dues were cleared, and the premises were returned in good condition upon vacating.

Despite multiple follow-ups, the owner has refused to refund my deposit without providing any valid reason. This act is not only unfair but also a breach of trust and agreement. I have attached all relevant documents, including the payment receipt, rental agreement, and any correspondence regarding the matter, for your reference.

I kindly request your assistance in resolving this issue and ensuring the refund of my rightful deposit. Please let me know if further details or actions are required from my side to facilitate this process.
