I am filing this complaint under the Consumer Protection Act against Eduwatts Institute for deficiency of service and breach of contract.

I discovered Eduwatts Institute through an online search for SAP courses and registered my query with them. I was connected to Mr. Tej Narayan(M:9289870792) and joined the program in mid-July 2026. Since then, he has failed to respond to my repeated phone calls and SMS messages. Despite my requests, including a demand for a proper refund, no response has been provided by the institute or its representatives.

On 18th July, I formally requested SAP Server access, which was guaranteed as a mandatory part of my training program. Despite repeated follow-ups, the promised access has not been provided. Without server access, the course is unusable, rendering the training worthless.

The total course fee was ₹17,700, divided into two parts (60% and 40%). I paid 60%, i.e., ₹10,620, in good faith. The institute’s failure to deliver the promised services, coupled with negligence in responding to my communications, constitutes a clear violation of consumer rights.

I hereby request the Forum to:

Direct the institute to refund the full amount of ₹10,620 to my original payment source.

Take appropriate action against the institute for deficiency of service.

As per your submission, you discovered Eduwatts Institute through an online search for SAP courses and enrolled in mid-July 2026 after being connected to their representative, Mr. Tej Narayan. The total course fee was ₹17,700, structured in two instalments of 60% and 40%. You paid the first instalment of ₹10,620 in good faith.

However, since the time of enrolment, Mr. Tej Narayan has been completely unresponsive to your calls and messages. On July 18, 2026, you formally requested SAP Server access, which was promised as a mandatory and integral part of the training program. Despite repeated follow-ups, the server access has not been provided to date, making the entire course non-functional and of no practical use to you.

Given that the institute has failed to deliver the promised services and has shown complete negligence in responding to your communications, you are seeking a full refund of ₹10,620 to your original payment source.
