Respected Sir,
I would like to bring to your kind notice an issue regarding a refund for my JioFiber connection at Mathura, Uttar Pradesh.
I contacted JioFiber (Jio Office, Moti Manjil, Mathura, UP) for a new connection. A technician visited my residence and initially advised me to pay ₹4,443.46 for a JioFiber connection with set-top box for six months. Accordingly, I made the payment.
Later, the technician informed me that this plan was not available in the system and stated that the amount was actually for a one-year plan. He then advised me to take a new plan of ₹399 per month and asked me to pay ₹2,824.92. As instructed, I made this payment. Subsequently, I was again asked to pay ₹2,824.92 for the same plan, which I paid for the second time.
The technician assured me that a refund request of ₹4,443.46 would be raised the next day and that the amount would be credited to my account within two to three months. However, till date, no refund has been credited.
I have visited the Jio Office at Moti Manjil, Mathura multiple times regarding this matter, but unfortunately, there has been no proper response or effort to resolve my issue.
I kindly request you to look into this matter urgently and arrange for the refund of ₹4,443.46 at the earliest. I shall be highly obliged for your prompt assistance.
