Dear Sir/Madam,
I would like to lodge a formal complaint against Burger King (Mantri Square Mall Outlet, Bengaluru) regarding the non-refund of my cancelled order despite repeated follow-ups.
I had placed an order on 20 January 2026 at 5:38 PM from the Mantri Square Mall outlet in Bengaluru with Order Number: 2013. The expected delivery time was 6:23 PM, however the order was not delivered even by 7:30 PM.
I attempted to contact the restaurant using the phone number provided, but the number was switched off, making it impossible to get any update regarding my order.
Due to the excessive delay and lack of communication, I requested cancellation of the order and a full refund through email on the same day (20/01/2026). I received only an auto-generated response stating that the team would get back to me.
Despite sending multiple reminders, I have not received any response or refund. The details of my follow-up emails are as follows:
20 January 2026 – Initial complaint regarding refund (auto-generated reply received)
7 February 2026 at 8:54 PM – Reminder email (auto-generated reply received)
15 February 2026 at 7:11 AM – Second reminder (auto-generated reply received)
Unfortunately, even after several reminders, no action has been taken, and no refund has been processed by the company.
This prolonged delay and lack of response from the company has caused considerable inconvenience, frustration, and mental stress, as I have been repeatedly questioned by my family regarding the refund.
Therefore, I kindly request your office to take appropriate action against the company and help me obtain my pending refund at the earliest.
I am enclosing the relevant details and email records for your reference.
