1. I, Lt Col Hemant Saini, want to lodge a complaint regarding a suspected case of fraud by M/s Bharat Potteries Limited, located at SP-2/124, RIICO Industrial Area, Manda Chomu, District Jaipur – 303712 (Rajasthan).
2 The firm was contacted for procurement of crockery items for the our Officers’ Mess in the month of Sep 2025. The transaction was coordinated through Mrs. Anjali (Mob: 9116000892) and the owner Mr. Abhishek Agarwal (Mob: 9829036363). An amount of ₹90282.00 was transferred to their account via RTGS, in two instalments — 50% before placing the order and 50% before dispatch on 08 Aug and 02 Sep 2025 respectively.
3. The consignment was received at Siliguri, but the quality of items supplied was extremely poor and not as per specifications. Upon discussion, the firm directed us to return the entire consignment, which was complied with.
4. Thereafter, despite repeated calls and messages, the firm has not refunded the amount and has stopped responding completely. This conduct appears fraudulent and may involve similar deception with other customers.
5. Since the payment was made from Government funds for official use, I request you to kindly investigate the matter and take necessary action to recover the Government money and prevent such fraudulent practices.
6. Supporting documents, payment proofs and communication records are attached for verification.
