I would like to file a formal complaint regarding an online purchase where I have been cheated through non-delivery of goods and non-refund of payment.
I made a payment of ₹3,170 on 26 November 2025 for jewelry ornaments, including shipping charges. The seller assured me that the product would be delivered within 7–15 days.
However, even after the promised period, I did not receive the product. On 18 December 2025, when I asked for the tracking details, the seller shared invalid tracking IDs and later falsely confirmed that the product would be delivered on 23 December 2025, which never happened.
Since then, the seller has stopped responding to my messages and has neither delivered the product nor refunded my money. I have repeatedly requested a refund, but there has been no response.
I am enclosing the following proofs for your reference:
• Payment receipt
• Chat screenshots showing delivery promises
• Invalid tracking ID details
• Messages requesting refund
I kindly request the Consumer Forum to take necessary action against the seller and help me recover my ₹3,170, as this is a clear case of deficiency of service and unfair trade practice.
