Respected Sir/Madam,

I, Soumya Srivastava, hereby submit this complaint against the website BEATBUD for cheating, non-delivery of goods, and deficiency in service.

On 9th feb 2026, I ordered three toy bikes from the BEATBUD website and made full payment through UPI amounting to ₹397.

However:
  • I have not received any order confirmation email or message.
  • No invoice or tracking details have been provided.
  • The products have not been delivered till date.
  • There is no proper customer care response.
  • The website appears to be mostly fake and fraudulent, as there is no valid contact information and no response after payment.
The conduct of the seller indicates unfair trade practice and possible online fraud. Due to this, I have suffered financial loss, mental harassment, and inconvenience.
I have attached the Transaction Receipt.
