I am writing to bring to your attention an issue I have faced with an online order placed through Flipkart. The details of the order are as follows:

  • Order ID: OD43306218621079110
  • Order Date: 09th December 2024
  • Shipping Date: 10th December 2024
  • Logistics Provider: Ekart Logistics (Tracking ID: FMPC4339404438)
  • Shipping Route: Malur to Thane (MH) Hub
The order reached the Bhandup Flipkart facility on 12th December 2024 but was not delivered due to logistical issues, as confirmed by Flipkart Customer Care. Following their advice, I canceled the order on 16th December 2024 and placed a new order on 20th December 2024 with the following details:

  • New Order ID: OD433154924745047100
Despite waiting until 31st December 2024, the new order was also canceled by Flipkart, citing issues related to the earlier cancellation.

I have waited a total of 22 days without receiving my order and have been given inconsistent and unsatisfactory reasons for the non-delivery. I request your support in resolving this matter. I can provide all evidence, including chat transcripts with Flipkart Customer Care. You may also collect call recordings from Flipkart for verification.

As a customer, I seek justice and a resolution to this issue.
