Subject: Complaint Regarding Non-Delivery of Consignment [Tracking ID: MAA576417508]

Dear Sir/Madam,
I am writing to formally complain about professional couriers for the non-delivery of my consignment containing medicines for a heart problem to my father for an emergency Tracking ID: MAA576417508 dated 11.02.2025 dispatched from Thiruverkadu
Chennai, Tamil Nadu –77 to Patchaiyamman Agro Service, Chengam main road, Chengam taluka, Tiruvannamalai district, 606709. I will be expected to deliver to my father on 12.02.2025. But, still, it has not been delivered. Despite repeated follow-ups, the shipment has not been delivered, causing significant inconvenience.

Details of the Issue:

    • Book Number: 17791
    • Dispatch Date: 11.02.2025
    • Expected Delivery Date: 12.02.2025
  2. Issue:
    • The consignment has not been delivered even after 2 days
    • No proactive communication from your team regarding delays.
    • Follow-up attempts via calls/emails on 13.02.2025 yielded no resolution.
  3. Impact:
    • The delay has caused to my father be unable to take medications leading to panic health issues and heart problems.
Request for Action:

  • Investigate the matter urgently and provide a status update.
  • Deliver the consignment immediately or refund the shipping charges.
  • Compensate for losses incurred due to the delay (if applicable).
Under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019, I expect prompt resolution. If no action is taken within 7 days, I reserve the right to escalate this matter to the District Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission or higher authorities.
