Hi,
I am raising complaint against Swiggy Instamart for not delivering some of items from my order and when i raise complaint through help section then agent denied to do anything about it and not refund my money, even after escalation i got the same reply. I have been using it from last 5 years for my daily needs and spend more than 25k in year excluding food delivering and had many issue regarding delivered items and poor customer care resolution but this time i am really pissed off when i asked for refund or replacement they denied to do the same as they are unable to validate my claim which i am going to attach my conversation as attachment as a proof. I asked them in return if they are not validate my claim then please provide proof that they have sent the items for which i am raising the complaint and as usual they are unable to provide the same. Total cost of item is Rs 5000 and Cost of missing items is around Rs 528. Now i am feeling so cheated that i want to raise this concern to this platform and i will go to higer authorites for the same as this happend second time to me by the same company which is unaccetable. It seems customer has no value in front of such big company which is infact made by customer like us. Please do the needful also advice me to how to take strict action to higher authorties regarding the same. Please find the attachment for Bill,Items and conversation.
