Dear Blinkit Customer Support,
I am writing to formally raise a complaint regarding my order placed on 24 December 2025.
I ordered and paid for two items along with two gift bags. After completing the payment, I received a message stating that I would be provided with a promo code. However, upon delivery, the gift bags were missing despite full payment being made.
When I contacted customer support, I was informed that the gift bags were unavailable. I questioned why the items were canceled after payment and requested that the promo code be converted into a refund and credited to my bank account. I was assured this would be completed within 24 hours, but no refund was processed.
I followed up multiple times with customer service and received the same response repeatedly. Eventually, I was informed that promo codes cannot be converted into money, which contradicts the earlier assurance I received. I then requested that the two promo codes be combined so they could be used in a single order, but this was also declined. I was told I must place two separate orders, which appears to be an unfair marketing practice rather than a genuine resolution.
I request a proper refund for the canceled gift bags or an appropriate alternative resolution. I would appreciate a clear and final response at the earliest.
