Dear Sir/Madam,

I am writing to formally lodge a complaint regarding an unfortunate and deeply disappointing incident I experienced with your service on [insert date].

I had placed an order via your portal for a pizza (Order No. 170) at 21:03 hrs. However, to my shock and dismay, your delivery executive refused to deliver the order without providing any valid justification. Upon facing such unexpected denial of service, I immediately contacted the store in-charge to seek assistance.

To my utter disbelief, the store in-charge not only refused to help but began using threatening, abusive, and derogatory language. Despite being informed multiple times that the call was being recorded, he continued to misbehave and ultimately canceled the order. He further went on to say (translated), "Do whatever you want, I will not deliver your pizza. Why don’t you order from some other portal? Why do you order only from us?"

This conduct is highly unprofessional, unethical, and constitutes a serious violation of consumer rights. It amounts to mental harassment, humiliation in front of guests, and defamation of the customer. Employing such personnel not only tarnishes the reputation of your company but also reflects the lack of accountability and sensitivity towards customer service.

Therefore, I hereby demand the following actions from your company:

1. A formal written apology for the mistreatment and abusive behavior by your staff.

2. A full refund and reinstatement of the coupon used in the aforementioned order.

3. Appropriate disciplinary action against the store in-charge and the delivery executive involved.

4. A detailed investigation of the incident and acknowledgment of the attached call recording, which corroborates my claims.

5. Compensation for the mental agony and public humiliation caused by your staff's behavior.

Please consider this letter as a formal notice. If no appropriate response or resolution is received within 7 working days, I shall be constrained to initiate legal proceedings against your company by filing a complaint before the Consumer Forum/Court under the relevant provisions of the Consumer Protection Act, 2019, for deficiency in service, mental harassment, and misconduct.

I expect your urgent attention to this matter and look forward to a prompt resolution.
