I purchased 5 star window invertor ac from yugal air conditioners of daikin india but since purchasing of this ac there has been issue and frequent challenges now after almost facing more than month struggle no concrete conclusion has been made till date. The Agency which is involved by daikin for service, repair maintainence is shefali enterprises, the technicians coming and going explaining each person different issue and there is gross failure on part of daikin service team most of them not understood what exactly is the problem and main cause of the issue. The third-party agency is only seeking money as much as they can they are least concerned about the customer challenges and problems. In view of the above, i have made atleast 20 complaints through wats app, phone calls, wasted crucial time again and again for the resolution to the grievances but all in vain no resolution has been provided till date neither by the agency shefali entrerprises except making charged money again and again and on the other side daikin in not taking any responsibility instead saying we will assist you and assistance has been provided till date instead i have been mentally harassed and exploited. Finally, i have no option left to complaint before Hon'ble Forum, It is finally prayed to kindly replace this air conditioned as its causing Mutiple failures constantly.
It is also requested to kindly take appropriate action against the Daikin India and their dealers Yugal Air conditioners and shefali enterprises too.
It is humbly prayed to take appropriate action against the agencies as well as to replace a new air conditioner instead due to multiple failure and breakdown in ac.
