On 29th April 2025, we made a payment of ₹2,60,000 against Purchase Order No. T4L-PO-10060, based on a quotation and email correspondence received from an individual who identified himself as Mr. J.P. Jaiswal, claiming to be the proprietor of MD ELECTRODES. He provided the GSTIN: 27ABOFM8917B1Z0 and communicated that the payment was for the supply of 4 units of Toshiba LED TVs.
After verifying the GST number and reviewing the email and quotation details, we transferred the said amount to the provided SBI bank account, A/C No. : 43921504865
IFSC Code : SBIN0000547, Bank Name : STATE BANK OF INDIA , Branch : Mumbai Main Central
which we later discovered is an individual account held in the name of Mr. Mohammad Imtiyaz. Mob : 7409283181- 8448790553
For the first few days post-payment, the individual made repeated promises regarding the dispatch of the material. However, no delivery has been made to date. We have since been unable to contact him, and our further inquiries revealed that there is no known office or verified business presence of MD ELECTRODES at the claimed address.
