I would like to file a complaint regarding a fraudulent online purchase made through the website XWomen.

• Order Details: I had ordered a bra and panty set from the website.
• Issue: Instead of the ordered product, I received sanitary pads which I did not purchase. Despite reaching out for resolution, I have not received a satisfactory response.
• Concern: This appears to be a case of misleading customers and possible fraud, as the seller is not delivering the promised products.
• Request: I seek a full refund of my payment and necessary legal/consumer action against the website to prevent further fraudulent activities.
