There is fraudulent activity going on in Livspace – Greater Noida (West), they promised to do all interior works with costing of 8 Lakh to 10 Lakh budget. But after taking the booking amount of 1 Lakh, they keep increasing the quotation with only 50% of interior work with false promises & wrong selling tactics.
Below is timeline
July 2nd, 2025: At the time of 1st visit they said complete budget will be 8-10 Lakh
July 12th, 2025: Booking time - it was 12.00 Lakh (when transferred 1 Lakh thru UPI)
August 1st, 2025: Quotation was 14.00 Lakh (cut down half of interior work / without demolition - civil work)
August 12th, 2025: Their revised quotation was for approx. 18.00 Lakh (without demolition-civil work and removed other inline tasks of all rooms).
When i asked to refund the booking amount as i am not comfortable with these false promises, they are denying to refund.
