Subject: Complaint Against JioMart for Supplying Expired Product

Respected Sir/Madam,

I am filing this complaint under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019, against JioMart (Reliance Retail Limited) for delivering an expired Indulekha product, which poses a serious risk to health and safety.

Details of the Complaint:​

I contacted JioMart customer care immediately after discovering the issue and requested a return and refund. However, I have not received a satisfactory response or resolution.

Relief Sought:​

1. A full refund of the product cost.
2. Compensation for mental harassment and inconvenience.
3. A formal apology and action to prevent such occurrences in the future.

I am attaching relevant documents for your reference:

• Invoice copy
• Product photo showing expiry date
• Screenshots of communication with JioMart

I request the Hon’ble Forum to take appropriate action against JioMart for negligence and violation of consumer rights.
